Job summary

RTX in McKinney, Texas, is seeking an onsite RF Design Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of RF passive circuits and EM modeling for antenna systems. You will implement best practices, follow established procedures, and collaborate with program and functional leadership to ensure design objectives are met.

The role requires experience in passive circuit design/EM modeling, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work across teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in STEM and minimum 2 years relevant experience.
Experience in passive circuit design and / or EM modeling.
Experience with test equipment including Antenna Ranges, Vector Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, and / or Power Meters.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy RF passive circuits (radiators, RF manifolds, RF transitions, etc.) and EM modeling.
Implement best practice standards for RF passive circuit design and EM modeling with disciplined processes.
Follow established procedures while coordinating with program and functional leadership to meet objectives.
Develop technical solutions to a wide range of complex problems.
Travel may be periodically required.
