Qualifications

• Must be able to adjust and operate all Fitness Equipment.
• Possess a strong customer service focus.
• Understand and follow oral and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Sell and conduct private and small group training.
• Ensure accurate administration of client programs.
• Focus on changing lives through Service, Science, and Sales.

Skills

In-depth knowledge of Private Training techniques

Friendly, enthusiastic, and positive attitude

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Strong organizational and time management skills

Computer proficient with basic skills in Word and Excel

Education

High school diploma or GED

Current dotFIT certification

Current CPR/AED certification

4-year Degree in related field (preferred)
