Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees and provides technical support to staff in assigned areas.
• Researches new tests, evaluates instruments, writes SOPs, and maintains supplies.
• Monitors quality control, instrumentation logs, and data collection.
• Acts as on-call technical resource for off-shifts and leads workflow.
• Trains staff and residents; participates in competency procedures.
• Represents the lab on committees and assists with staffing needs.
