Job summary

The ideal candidate holds an MLS ASCP credential, a Bachelor’s degree, and at least two years of clinical lab experience, with a proven ability to train staff and maintain meticulous records. Day shift, on-site, core lab duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• MLS ASCP certification (MLS) required.
• Minimum two years’ experience in patient care or clinical laboratory settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee advanced analyses of body fluids and tissues, ensuring data accuracy before release.
• Develop and review quality control measures; validate methods and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide ongoing education and training for staff and students, including competency development.
• Maintain quality control and instrument records per accrediting standards for inspectors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
