Job summary

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking a Medical Laboratory Scientist / Medical Technologist (MLS/MT) at our Everett, WA location. The role covers pre-analytic to high-complexity testing, ensuring accurate results and high standards of laboratory practice.

You will evaluate results, operate and maintain instruments, document procedures, and provide guidance to staff while adhering to safety and quality requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience performing lab tests across pre-analytic to high- complexity assays.
• Strong knowledge of quality control and instrument performance.
• Ability to document procedures and results accurately.
• Ability to train new staff on techniques and equipment.
• Good communication with medical staff and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform tests accurately within established turnaround times.
• Evaluate results and address discrepancies promptly.
• Operate, calibrate, and troubleshoot equipment.
• Maintain documentation of procedures and quality activities.
