Coulee Medical Center in Grand Coulee, WA, is seeking a night-shift Medical Technologist (MT/MLS) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) to join our laboratory team. The role performs a variety of laboratory testing, maintains quality and accuracy of results, and supports excellent patient care in a fast-paced environment.

MLS/MT requires national certification and a baccalaureate degree with certification (ASCP/AMT); Washington phlebotomy license within 90 days; BLS; lab experience preferred.

Qualifications

• National certification as MT/MLS in Chemistry, Hematology, Serology and Microbiology.
• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology with ASCP/AMT certification.
• Washington State Medical Assistant License for Phlebotomy within 90 days.
• BLS certificate.
• Lab experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of laboratory testing across chemistry, hematology, serology and microbiology.
• Maintain quality and accuracy of results to support reliable patient care.
• Collaborate with laboratory staff and healthcare professionals for timely test reporting.
• Work independently on night shift in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist in ensuring safety and compliance with laboratory protocols.
