Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Clinical Laboratory Science or related field from a CLIA-approved program.
• MLS Certification or eligible (ASCP preferred).
• Externship program completed (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Performs analytical tests on biological specimens accurately and timely.
• Determines specimen acceptability by visual inspection and results review.
• Maintains quality control and ensures patient safety in testing.
• Operate and troubleshoot laboratory equipment; keep work area clean and safe.
