Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in medical laboratory science or related field.
- MLS or equivalent certification per state requirements.
- 2+ years clinical laboratory experience preferred.
- Ability to read and understand English; strong math and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Perform pre-analytical activities including equipment maintenance and specimen collection.
- Conduct post-analytical activities and report results.
- Complete tests accurately following SOPs.
- Participate in proficiency testing and regulatory compliance.
- Assist with training and education of staff.
- Support safety and hazardous waste handling per policies.
