AdventHealth Orlando is seeking a Laboratory professional for the Full-Time Night Shift in Orlando, FL. The role performs pre-analytical and analytical lab tasks, maintains equipment, ensures quality and safety, and supports clinical staff.

Requires a Bachelor's in lab science or medical technology, 2+ years lab experience, strong English communication, and MS Office proficiency. Pay range is $28.97–$53.88 per hour with sign-on and relocation bonuses as outlined.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a chemical, biological, clinical or medical laboratory science or medical technology.
• 2+ years of clinical lab experience preferred.
• Must read, write and communicate in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic data entry.

Responsibilities

• Performs pre-analytical activities including equipment maintenance, function checks, inventory control, supply stocking, specimen collection and processing.
• Conducts post-analytical activities: reporting results and providing technical support.
• Completes tests and analytical procedures accurately per SOPs.
• Participates in proficiency testing and adheres to regulations and policies.
• May precept and train new staff and students.
