Qualifications

• One year of full-time experience in a clinical laboratory.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree in related field.
• ASCP certification preferred.
• Knowledge of CLIA, HIPAA, OSHA.

Responsibilities

• Perform and report analytical tests per SOP.
• Troubleshoot instruments and quality control issues.
• Maintain records and ensure turnaround times.
• Adhere to safety and data privacy policies.
• Enter results into LIS for physician review.
• Assist with training and supervision as needed.
