Achievement First Charter School Network seeks an MLL Teacher-Coordinator to lead English Language Development for students identified as needing ELD support. Qualifications

• ELD instruction experience and knowledge of language development strategies.
• Ability to assess language proficiency and maintain records across systems.
• Collaborative planning with classroom teachers and school leadership.
• Experience adapting instruction to multilingual learners with varying proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver ELD instruction to identified students.
• Manage language screening and annual proficiency assessments.
• Collaborate with teachers to accelerate English and academic content.
• Support MLL students with adaptations and accommodations as needed.
