Christel House Indianapolis is seeking a full-time ML Teacher at Academy West to deliver standards-aligned lessons and support the whole child through social and emotional learning. You will work with on-site staff to foster student growth and leadership.

The role requires a valid IN teaching license, a Bachelor’s degree, and comfortable use of classroom technology. A strong commitment to the school’s mission is essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging, standards-aligned lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments that facilitate active learning.
• Encourage and monitor the progress of individual students and use the data to adjust instructional strategies.
• Facilitate student conferences, maintain regular communication with students regards grades, attendance and any other pertinent topics.
• Participate in appropriate professional activities.
• Ability and willingness to work collaboratively, maintaining cooperative and effective working relationships.
• Other duties assigned.
