You’ll drive a high-impact group of engineers and collaborate across engineering, product, and platform teams to deliver scalable AI-powered solutions for a massive user base. The role emphasizes strategic leadership, hands-on ML excellence with transformers/LLMs, and a focus on responsible AI, reliability, and measurable business impact

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading ML teams.
• Hands-on experience with large-scale production ML systems, including transformer-based architectures, sequence models, or LLMs.
• Strong understanding of recommender systems, including candidate retrieval, ranking, value modeling, ecosystem dynamics, and measurement strategies.
• Ability to develop and communicate a clear, compelling technical strategy for internal customers.

• Define Technical Vision & Strategy for Feed Relevance and long-term roadmap.
• Coach and develop your ML team to grow their skills and impact.
