You will guide engineers across ML-powered products addressing credit, pricing, collections, and finance, setting technical direction and ensuring end-to-end reliability and governance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical field.
• 7+ years of professional experience in data science or ML engineering with production ownership.
• 2+ years of people-management experience and delivering durable systems.

• Set and maintain technical direction for architecture, deployment, observability, and data quality.
