Job summary

TikTok USDS Joint Venture is building the risk and integrity backbone for TikTok in the US, powering end-to-end protection across accounts, content, and live experiences. The PaCI team leverages localized data and state-of-the-art AI to defend a billion-user ecosystem.

You will lead algorithmic architecture across key domains, craft high-precision risk representations, and push intelligent decision-making with Generative AI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS/Math/Stats or related field.
• Strong foundation in Machine Learning with transformer and GNN architectures.
• Experience designing evaluation systems balancing technical and product goals.
• Proficient coding in Python, C++, or Go; familiarity with distributed computing and PyTorch.

Responsibilities

• Lead algorithmic architecture and governance for TikTok US across risk domains.
• Build high-precision risk representation models from heterogeneous data.
• Develop adversarial defense systems resilient to rapid tactic shifts.
• Integrate Generative AI and multimodal tech into risk lifecycle for scalable enforcement.
