Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Statistics, or related field.
• Strong foundation in ML; experience with Transformer and GNN architectures for large-scale integrity tasks.
• Proficient programming in Python, C++, or Go; familiar with distributed computing and DL frameworks.
• Able to communicate effectively in a global, cross-cultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead algorithmic architecture and governance for TikTok US domains including account integrity and content safety.
• Build high-precision risk representation models using heterogeneous data (video, audio, graphs).
• Research and counter adversarial threats; design self-evolving defense systems against rapid tactic shifts.
• Integrate Generative AI and Multimodal tech into risk lifecycle and adjudication processes.
