The PaCI team minimizes inauthentic behaviors across account integrity, engagement authenticity, and anti-spam, while building scalable, private, secure systems.

On-site teams enable fast decision-making and aligned execution as the company shifts to a fully in-person schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to influence and reach agreements with others.
• Ability to maintain composure in critical situations and communicate clearly with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Details oriented, self-driven and curious to learn and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• 3+ years experience in product management, ideally in the Risk domain.
• Experience in designing key metrics (KRI/KPI) and framework for risk functions, performing risk assessment and developing strategies for risk control.
• Proven experience in working with cross-functional teams and engineering teams to develop solutions and communicate results effectively.
• Strong problem solving skills and experience in performing root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for building up risk control policy and process, working to promote transparency and understanding of policies, educating internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with our processes.
• Assist in the construction and optimization of internal platforms and tools, and be responsible for promotion.
• Develop user education programs to enhance user security awareness.
