Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Content Governance, Trust & Safety, Creator Ecology, or Advertising/Search/Recommendation.

Responsibilities

• Creator Governance & Quality Modeling: signal-driven profiling to build Creator Quality Scores; combat low-quality and pirate content; build LLM + RAG governance systems with explainable reasoning.
• Graph Intelligence & Syndicate Detection: construct large heterogeneous graphs to uncover bad actors; track cross-domain risk propagation across content and markets.
• Ecosystem Strategy, Fairness & Optimization: develop multi-objective models balancing ecosystem prosperity, GMV, and governance risk; design fairness strategies for diverse creators.
