Job summary

Apple, Inc. in Santa Clara, CA seeks a CPU verification ML tool engineer to own ML-based verification tools and flows for a high-performance, lower-power processor design.

You will work closely with verification engineers and RTL designers to define effective ML-based verification and to drive tool development for CPU verification. Responsibilities include developing, verifying, and maintaining efficient testbench environments and testing the ML-based tools with real design blocks.

Qualifications

• Experience with programming in C, C++, and Python.
• Computer Architecture coursework or practical experience.
• Proficiency in Verilog or SystemVerilog is a plus.
• Machine Learning experience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with verification engineers and RTL designers to define ML-based verification for a high-performance CPU.
• Develop and maintain ML-based verification tools and workflows.
• Create efficient testbench environments for CPU verification.
• Test ML-based tools and flows on selected blocks from the real design.
