Cache Creek Casino Resort is seeking a Beverage/Bar Attendant to prepare beverages, assist cocktail servers, and function as a cashier for the beverage outlet. You will greet guests, promote drink orders, and ensure accurate transactions in a fast-paced casino resort environment.

Responsibilities include mixing and presenting drinks, maintaining bar cleanliness, handling payments, and balancing the cash at shift start and end. Must be 21+ and able to work in a dynamic team setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to read, interpret, and communicate safety rules and procedures.
• Ability to write routine reports and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Promote and document drink orders, memorize available beverages.
• Mix, garnish, and present drinks using standard recipes and portion control.
• Input orders at the point of sale and generate checks for guests.
• Balance cash tips and payments; ensure vouchers are properly processed.
• Maintain bar setup and cleanliness; assist guests with inquiries.
• Respond to guest questions and provide service within casino resort guidelines.
• Balance house bank at start and end of shift; manage cash accountability.
