Job summary

Cache Creek Casino Resort is seeking a friendly beverage server to deliver timely service and ensure guest satisfaction. You will greet guests, explain promotions, replenish beverages, and maintain clean service areas.

The role requires carrying a 14" tray with up to 10 drinks, ringing orders in the POS, and adhering to rotation schedules. A minimum of three months in customer service and a TIPS certificate are required; must be 21 or older.

Qualifications

• Must have three months of customer service experience.
• TIPS Alcohol Awareness Certificate.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Physical ability to repeatedly stand and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner and explain all special promotions.
• Replenish beverages as requested and check back with guest for satisfaction.
• Carry a 14" service tray with up to 10 drinks.
• Maintain cleanliness of service station and guest areas.
• Ring all beverages served into the POS system.
• Follow the established rotation schedule for beverage service.
• Respond to guest inquiries regarding casino features and promotions.
• Provide directions to casino facilities and nearby attractions.
• May assist with special events such as banquets or concerts.
