Cache Creek Casino Resort is seeking a bartender to prepare beverages and provide service in a timely, friendly manner. You will operate the bar, assist cocktail servers, and act as a cashier for the beverage outlet, ensuring guest satisfaction and accuracy of transactions.

The role requires greeting guests, promoting drink orders, mixing and presenting drinks, balancing the cash drawer, and maintaining sanitation and cleanliness in the bar area.

Qualifications

• Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Promote and document beverage orders including call and premium brands.
• Mix, garnish, and present drinks per standard recipes with portion control.
• Balance cash and ensure accuracy of charges at end of shift.
