Job summary

Ranger Energy Services seeks an experienced division leader to oversee delivery of projects, manage financial performance, and sustain a strong safety culture. You will direct business, maintenance, and safety functions, act as the company representative with local clients, and drive new work with existing and new customers.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in Well Services, a BS/BA, and proven leadership. Proficiency in MS Office is required; travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in Well Services industry or similar.
• Proven leadership and supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Directs execution of business, maintenance, technical, fiscal, administrative and safety functions for the division.
• Represents company with local clients and markets additional work.
• Oversees safety, QA/QC, and environmental practices; ensures cost-effective resource use.
• Leads cost control for Rig Supervisors and Managers; drives P&L goals.
• Travel up to 25% and other duties as assigned.
