Job summary

Ranger Energy Services, LLC is seeking a Mixing Plant Superintendent to provide leadership for the division, manage delivery of existing work, win new projects, and sustain maintenance programs while promoting a strong safety culture.

The role requires 5+ years in Well Services, a BS/BA degree or equivalent, and the ability to travel up to 25%. The candidate should demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and cost-control abilities to optimize P&L results.

Qualifications

• BS/BA Degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in Well Services industry.
• Valid driver license (CDL not required).
• Proven leadership with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong team-oriented mindset and adaptability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with delivery track record.
• Ability to develop assigned staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of business, maintenance, technical, fiscal, administrative, and safety functions for the division.
• Act as the company representative with local clients.
• Market and secure additional work with existing and new clients.
• Oversee daily operation and maintenance plan; ensure QA/QC, safety, and environmental practices.
