Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge of production procedures preferred.
• Basic math skills for weights, measures, and conversions.
• Ability to follow detailed formulas and batch instructions precisely.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute the daily production schedule on the assigned mixer to meet orders.
• Weigh, measure, and add ingredients per formula/batch sheet.
• Operate the mixer following batching sequence, times and specifications.
• Ensure timely production and stage supplies to maintain standards.
• Complete batch data and paperwork to company standards.
• Adhere to cleaning procedures and allergen control guidelines.
• Take corrective action as assigned by the Supervisor.
• Investigate issues, identify root causes, and develop solutions.
• Maintain food safety and quality, and follow safety policies.
• Participate in mandatory training and perform other duties as assigned.
