Job summary

Shift options include 2nd shift (1:45 PM–10:15 PM) or 3rd shift (9:45 PM–6:15 AM), with weekly pay on Fridays.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Basic mechanical and computer skills.
• Ability to wear required PPE, including a respirator.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in a dusty manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate mixing equipment and follow batch formulas.
• Load raw materials and monitor production quality.
• Perform basic equipment adjustments and troubleshooting.
• Complete production paperwork and computer data entry.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all safety procedures.
• Lift and handle materials up to 40 lbs.
