Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of machine operation experience in manufacturing or production environments.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read work instructions and follow standard operating procedures.
• Experience using measuring tools and quality inspection equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately weigh, measure, and load raw materials according to batch specifications.
• Operate industrial mixing equipment and automated control systems.
• Monitor production processes through HMI and computerized interfaces.
• Collect product samples for quality testing and inspection.
• Record production data and maintain accurate documentation.
• Follow safety procedures, PPE requirements, and chemical handling guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area using 5S practices.
• Assist with basic troubleshooting and equipment monitoring.
