Qualifications

• Read batch sheets and product specifications.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment operation.
• Forklift operation experience or willingness to become certified.
• Strong attention to detail, safety, and quality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Team player with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Read batch sheets, gather materials, weigh and load into mixers, and communicate with the lab to ensure specifications are met.
• Inspect and maintain mixers and equipment; keep work areas and tools clean.
• Follow safety procedures and wear assigned PPE.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
