Job summary

Advance Services Inc. is seeking a Blending/Mixing Operator for the 3rd shift (10:20pm-7:00am) to support manufacturing operations.

You will mix, blend, process, and package materials following formulas, SOPs, and quality standards, while maintaining accurate production records and ensuring safe work practices. Responsibilities include operating equipment, monitoring processes, cleaning and sanitizing gear, and reporting issues promptly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical and math skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and climb stairs/ladders.
• Comfortable working in hot, cold, wet, and dusty conditions.
• Ability to wear required PPE.

Responsibilities

• Mix and blend raw materials according to production formulas.
• Operate, load, and unload processing equipment.
• Monitor production and report equipment or process issues.
• Complete production and equipment records.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas.
• Follow all safety, GMP, HACCP, and quality procedures.
