Job summary

Lauren Concrete, Inc. in Texas is seeking a dependable CDL driver to safely deliver concrete to job sites.

You will perform pre-trip inspections, manage loading and unloading, and ensure accurate load tickets, slump, and admixtures while upholding all safety and regulatory requirements. The role requires stepping into a customer-facing position, maintaining a clean vehicle, and representing Lauren Concrete professionally with internal teams and external customers.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current Commercial Driver’s License (minimum Class B) and a clean DMV record.
• Must be 21+ and able to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol tests.
• Ability to lift 45–70 lbs several times a day and climb stairs up to 10 feet.
• Must obtain a valid medical examiner’s card.

Responsibilities

• Deliver concrete safely and efficiently to customer job sites.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections; report maintenance needs.
• Load, handle, deliver and unload product; manage slump, load tickets, chutes, admixes.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and present a professional appearance at all times.
• Represent Lauren Concrete in a professional manner to customers and staff.
