Job summary

Lauren Concrete is hiring a delivery driver to provide safe, timely concrete delivery and unloading at diverse job sites. You will perform pre-trip inspections, monitor slump and tickets, manage hoses and chutes, and ensure a clean vehicle and professional customer interaction.

The role requires a valid Texas CDL (class B or higher) with a clean DMV record, ability to lift 45–70 lbs, and the stamina to perform physically demanding tasks throughout the day.

Qualifications

• Must have 1–3 years of similar experience preferred.
• 21 years or older.
• Commercial Driver’s License with a minimum class B.
• Texas CDL with a clean driving record (violation-free DMV).
• Ability to lift 45–70 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol test and obtain medical examiner’s card.

Responsibilities

• Load, handle, deliver and unload concrete including slump, load tickets, revolutions, chutes, and admixes.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections; report maintenance needs.
• Maintain truck interior/exterior cleanliness and respond professionally to customers.
• Display a positive attitude and promote Lauren Concrete’s mission and values.
• Operate in compliance with all Federal, State, and local laws and ELD requirements.
