Job summary

Lauren Concrete Inc. is seeking a safety-conscious CDL-B truck driver to deliver quality concrete to customers in a timely and efficient manner. You will perform pre-trip inspections, load and unload loads, and ensure post-trip checks are completed before returning to the plant.

The role requires 1–3 years of related experience, a valid Texas CDL-B, and the ability to pass a pre-employment drug test. A positive, professional attitude will help you represent Lauren Concrete in a professional

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid Texas CDL-B with a clean DMV record.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
• Must obtain a valid medical examiner’s card.
• 1–3 years of similar or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-trip inspections: clean windshield, windows, mirrors, cameras; check for leaks.
• Load, unload and deliver concrete; manage slump, load tickets, chutes, and admixtures.
• Perform post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs to the plant manager.
• Maintain truck cleanliness and professional appearance for all customers.
• Represent Lauren Concrete professionally on-site and with customers.
