Job summary

SRM Concrete (Smyrna Ready Mix) is hiring Mixer Operators to deliver ready mix concrete and provide outstanding customer service to construction sites. You’ll operate concrete mixer trucks with Class A or B CDL, ensure on-time deliveries, and uphold SRM’s safety and service standards.

Qualifications

• Active Class A or B CDL and current DOT Medical Card.
• Proven safe driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work outdoors in all weather.
• Commitment to customer service and SRM values.
• Willingness to complete pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet precise specifications and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every job site, representing SRM Concrete with professionalism and a service-first attitude.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols to protect yourself, your team, and the public.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records using company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch and plant teams for efficient scheduling and routing.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.
