Job summary

SRM Concrete (Smyrna Ready Mix) is hiring Mixer Operators (CDL drivers) to deliver ready-mix concrete to commercial and residential sites. If you’re safety-minded, customer-focused, and want to be home daily, this is your role. Class A or B CDL with a current DOT card is required.

Qualifications

• Active Class A or B CDL with current DOT Medical Card.
• Safe driving record and commitment to safety.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck to deliver ready mix to job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete per specs and quality standards.
• Provide excellent customer service at each site as the SRM face.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance.
• Follow DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols.
• Maintain delivery and vehicle records using company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch and plant teams for routing.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.
