Qualifications

• BS degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field, 2+ years experience.
• Collaborative and interpersonal skills essential.
• Adaptable to time-sensitive, critical issues.
• Experience in silicon bring-up, debugging, and lab instrumentation required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple bring-ups.
• Deep knowledge of analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits.
• Ability to write scripts for validation, debugging, data analysis, and automation.
• Proficiency in Python, Git, MATLAB, and JMP.

Responsibilities

• Build validation test suites for high-speed I/Os and analog circuits.
• Characterize analog, digital, and mixed-signal blocks across process, voltage, and temperature.
• Lead debugging of challenging issues and devise creative solutions.
• Provide feedback to designers regarding silicon performance and margins.
• Build and run tests and scripts to optimize system performance.
• Lead cross-functional discussions to optimize mixed-signal circuit performance.
• Develop tools to support electrical characterization and chip bring-up.
• Train new engineers in validation practices.
