Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation in Santa Clara, CA is seeking an experienced analog/mixed-signal IC designer to work on high-speed interfaces and data converters using state-of-the-art CMOS processes.

You will collaborate with mask design and silicon characterization teams, contribute to architecture studies, and mentor the next generation of engineers while leveraging Cadence tools and scripting to drive reliable silicon bring-up.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in deep-submicron CMOS analog design.
• Transistor-level design, layout and simulation experience.
• Hands-on design of PLLs, ADCs/DACs and data converters.

Responsibilities

• Design high-speed interfaces and mixed-signal circuits.
• Develop data converters (ADC/DAC) and related blocks.
• Contribute to architecture development and transistor-level design.
• Collaborate with mask design and silicon evaluation teams.
• Support technology transfer to product teams.
• Perform architecture studies, floor-planning, verifications.
