Job summary

You will work with a team across shifts, ensure equipment and safety devices are functioning, and help meet daily production targets while maintaining quality and GMP compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years or older.
• Aptitude for automated mechanical processes with good troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, math and problem solving skills.
• High School diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work multiple shifts and/or schedules.

Responsibilities

• Put on all required PPE and safety gear and perform safety checks.
• Obtain work schedule and daily production, prioritize work and prepare for operations.
• Answer phones, emails, and address production issues and concerns.
• Complete shift hand-off and communicate line issues to next operator.
• Ensure safety devices are tested and logged per SHE requirements.
• Log batch and ingredient data and verify recipes and lot numbers.
• Set machine controls to order specifications and formulate batches.
• Monitor process, take samples, email results to lab and perform quality checks.
• Document production data and enter into Quality/SAP/Globe databases.
