Responsibilities

• Oversee Mitsubishi VRF Commercial and ductless M&P sales in assigned markets; travel within territory.
• Be the Mitsubishi expert by supporting sales growth visiting contractors, marketing, and product selection.
• Provide quotes and designs using Mitsubishi Design System Builder and Energy Estimator tools.
• Cultivate new customers: contractors, builders, engineers, owner-direct accounts.
• Lead and train outside sales team; provide application support and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with Mitsubishi customers to maximize marketing programs and resources.
• Liaise between vendor partners, Homans management and customers to meet needs.
• Work with Business Development Managers to plan APD growth and sales strategy.
• Provide market feedback to drive sales growth and market share.
• Other duties as assigned.
