Endurant Disaster Recovery is seeking a resilient Mitigation Technician to support restoration of residential and commercial properties in the Greater Little Rock area. You will perform water, fire, and mold mitigation tasks, including demolition, equipment operation, and site stabilization, reporting to the Restoration Supervisor.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in restoration or heavy construction, holds IICRC/RIAs preferred certifications, and can work flexible hours with on-call emergency

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restoration, remediation, or heavy construction experience.
• IICRC WRT/ASD/FSRT or RIA certifications preferred.
• Must reside within 20 miles of the Greater Little Rock area.
• Valid driver's license with clean record; pre-employment background check and drug screening required.
• Fluent English; Spanish skills are valued but not required.

Responsabilités

• Property assessment: inspect damaged structures, measure moisture, document findings for claims.
• Perform on-site restoration tasks: water extraction, soot/smoke decontamination, mold abatement.
• Execute controlled demolition of damaged materials, distinguishing salvageable from non-salvageable items.
• Control drying environments using dehumidifiers and air movers; monitor conditions.
• Maintain a clean, safe job site and ensure proper equipment staging.
• Record daily progress and adhere to IICRC standards and safety guidelines.
