Servpro Industries, Inc. seeks a dependable Mitigation Technician to join our restoration team in Lake Forest, CA. You will respond to water, fire, and mold losses and perform emergency services to stabilize properties.

This hands-on role requires physical stamina and a commitment to safety, with on-the-job training provided to help you develop IICRC-aligned skills and advance within the company.

Formación

• Experience in water, fire, or mold restoration preferred; training provided.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation.
• Knowledge of PPE and safety procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Perform water extraction and structural drying.
• Set up and monitor drying equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, scrubbers).
• Perform demolition of affected materials as needed.
• Execute mold remediation following containment protocols.
• Clean and restore structure and contents after incidents.
• Document job progress with photos and moisture readings.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional jobsite.
• Provide excellent customer service.

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Mitigation Technician to join our growing restoration team. This role responds to water, fire, and mold losses and performs emergency services to stabilize properties and prevent further damage.

This is a hands-on position for someone who works well in fast-paced environments and takes pride in helping customers during difficult situations.

Responsibilities

• Perform water extraction and structural drying
• Set up and monitor drying equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers)
• Perform demolition of affected materials (drywall, flooring, insulation, etc.)
• Execute mold remediation following proper containment and safety protocols
• Perform fire and smoke cleaning of structure and contents
• Follow IICRC standards and company SOPs
• Document job progress with photos and moisture readings
• Maintain a clean and professional jobsite
• Provide excellent customer service

Qualifications

• Experience in water/fire/mold restoration preferred (not required – we train the right candidate)
• IICRC certifications are a plus (WRT, ASD, AMRT, FSRT)
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Comfortable working in confined spaces and wearing PPE
• Available for on-call rotation
