Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in restoration, remediation, or heavy construction.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs independently and perform labor-intensive tasks.
• Strong knowledge of standard structural drying equipment and advanced demolition techniques.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is valued but not required.

Responsibilities

• Property Assessment: Conduct thorough inspections of damaged structures to evaluate moisture levels and fire impact.
• Production Services: Perform on-site restoration tasks including high-volume water extraction, soot and smoke decontamination, and mold abatement.
• Precision Demolition: Execute controlled removal of compromised building materials and distinguish salvageable items.
• Environmental Control: Set up and monitor drying environments using dehumidifiers, HEPA scrubbers, and air movers.
• Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe job site and ensure equipment is sanitized and ready.
• Compliance & Documentation: Record daily progress and logs; adhere to IICRC standards and OSHA safety guidelines.
