911 Restoration of Northwest Arkansas is seeking an experienced, certified Restoration Technician to lead mitigation jobs from start to finish in Northwest Arkansas. This role requires responding to emergency property damage events including water, fire, mold, and sewage scenarios, with an active WRT certification preferred.

Candidates should have hands-on mitigation experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to document progress using Encircle and other restoration tools, while

Qualifications

• Proven experience in water mitigation and structural drying.
• Strong customer service, communication, and sales/consulting skills.
• Ability to participate in emergency after-hours on-call schedule.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsabilités

• Respond to emergency mitigation calls promptly; participate in after-hours on-call rotation.
• Perform water, fire, smoke, and mold mitigation including demolition and setting up drying equipment.
• Conduct property inspections with moisture meters and thermal imaging tools; document progress.
• Take photos, readings, and notes to document jobs for insurance and office staff using Encircle.
• Guide homeowners through the restoration process with empathy and clarity; identify additional needs and convert inspections into jobs.
• Maintain clean, organized vehicles, tools, and equipment following safety standards.
