Job summary

Endurant Disaster Recovery seeks a resilient Mitigation Technician to support recovery and restoration of properties in the Greater Little Rock area. You will perform water, fire, and mold mitigation, including demolition, equipment operation, and site stabilization, reporting to the Restoration Supervisor.

The role requires hands-on work, safety focus, and a customer-service approach during challenging property losses, with overtime and on-call duties as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in restoration, remediation, or heavy construction.
• Strong knowledge of structural drying equipment and demolition techniques.
• Willingness to pass background check, drug screening, agility test, and E-Verify.

Responsibilities

• Assess damaged structures and document moisture levels for claims.
• Perform on-site restoration tasks including water extraction and mold abatement.
• Conduct controlled demolition of damaged materials; differentiate salvageable items.
• Set up and monitor drying environments with dehumidifiers and air movers.
• Maintain a clean, safe site and sanitize equipment.
• Document daily progress and comply with IICRC and OSHA standards.
