Job summary

Paul Davis Restoration is seeking an experienced lead for disaster response and on-site restoration teams. You will manage crews, supervise demolition work, and coordinate moisture control at active loss sites.

The role requires 2+ years in restoration, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift 60 lbs. You will be engaged in 24/7 on-call rotations and occasional overtime in a dynamic, field-based environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant restoration experience.
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to perform demolition work, including climbing, extreme temperatures, and confined spaces.
• Ability to lift 60 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead Crews with onsite responsibilities.
• Perform disaster response, emergency mitigation, water extraction, structural drying, and demolition following IICRC standards.
• Set dehumidifiers, fans, air purifiers, and other equipment at the work site.
• Perform moisture mapping and loss documentation using MICA and other software.
• Perform initial loss inspection.
• Remove drywall, carpets, insulation, etc. and perform demolition after a loss.
• Complete pack-out and pack-in of customer contents for cleaning and restoration.
• Be the daily on-site contact for the customer and address questions.
• Participate in 24-hour on-call rotation for emergencies.
• Drive company vehicles, including water trucks and trailers.
• Other duties as assigned.

Paul Davis Restoration is a franchise organization that provides services to cleanup and repair damage to residential and commercial properties due to water, fire, mold, storm, or other disasters.

Hours

Full-Time, Permanent, Monday to Friday 7:15am to 4:30pm, Optional Overtime included.

• Participate in our 24 hours on call rotation, responding to emergency losses after hours and on weekends, as dictated by the on-call schedule.

Certifications

• Water and/or Mold Certification preferred

• Perform moisture mapping and loss documentation, utilizing MICA and other proprietary software.
• Perform initial loss inspection.
• Remove drywall, carpets, insulation, etc. and perform general demolition after a loss.
• Complete pack-out and pack-in of customer's contents, ensuring all items are properly documented and brought back to the warehouse for cleaning and restoration.
• Act as daily on-site contact for the customer, ensuring their needs are met and questions are answered.
• Participate in our 24-hour call rotation, responding to emergency losses after hours and on weekends, as dictated by the on-call schedule.
• Drive company vehicles, including water trucks, trailers, and other machinery.
• Other duties as assigned.
