Paul Davis is seeking a Mitigation Technician to serve communities in times of need, restoring properties after floods and fires. You will work with empathy and urgency to deliver best-in-class service for customers and insurers.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English.

• Willingness to work nights, weekends and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform water mitigation, board up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead testing, and carpet cleaning.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain a clean, organized truck and company equipment.
• Be accessible by phone and participate in the on-call schedule as needed.
• Assist with warehousing and facility tasks.
• Support other team members and demonstrate leadership when opportunities arise.
