Job summary

SERVPRO Denver is seeking a Mitigation/Restoration Technician to join our team. This role involves loading equipment, preparing sites, and performing restoration tasks with attention to safety and quality.

The job offers OT and on-call bonuses, a path for advancement, and comprehensive benefits. Evening and weekend work may be required as part of our 24/7 emergency response."

Qualifications

• Experience with heavy lifting, operating equipment, cleaning/janitorial work, construction/restoration, or general labor.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Having your WRT Certification is preferred.
• Professional appearance and a great attitude are essential.
• On-call availability due to 24-hour emergency services may be required.
• Some night and weekend work is required.

Responsibilities

• Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies for each project.
• Maintain clean, organized vehicles and equipment.
• Prepare rooms/areas for work activities (extracting standing water, demolition, placing equipment, etc.).
• Set up staging area and equipment for each project.
• Perform production processes following SERVPRO guidelines and Crew Chief instructions.
• Relay customer needs and concerns.
• End-of-day and end-of-job cleanup and breakdown, leaving sites clean and orderly.

$22-$25/Hr. depending on experience, + OT and on Call Bonus
