Job summary

SERVPRO Colorado Springs SE is hiring a Mitigation Technician to support emergency response and restoration projects. This entry-level role offers hands-on training, paid certifications, and room to grow within the company.

Candidates with experience in heavy lifting, operating equipment, cleaning or construction are encouraged to apply. A valid driver’s license is required, and some night/weekend work should be expected.

Qualifications

• Experience with heavy lifting, operating equipment, cleaning/janitorial work, construction/restoration or general labor.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Must have a great attitude and excellent customer service.
• Must be willing to be on call due to 24-hour emergency services.
• Some night and weekend work is required.

Responsibilities

• Inventory and loading of the work vehicles with equipment, products, and supplies.
• Maintain clean, organized vehicles and equipment.
• Prepare rooms/areas for work activities (extracting standing water, demolition, placing equipment, etc.).
• Set up staging area and equipment for each project.
• Perform production processes following SERVPRO guidelines and Crew Chief instruction.
• Relay customer needs and concerns.
• End-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown, leaving sites clean and orderly.
