Job summary

SERVPRO Colorado Springs is hiring a Mitigation Project Manager to lead restoration projects from start to finish. The role requires supervising production crews, coordinating crews and subcontractors, and ensuring accurate project scope and estimates.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of management experience and 3+ years in water/mold/fire restoration. A driver’s license and background check are required; IICRC certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of management and/or supervisory experience.
• At least 3 years of water/mold/fire/restoration industry experience.
• IICRC certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure an accurate scope of work for projects and prepare estimates.
• Negotiate project scope and estimate approval with customers/clients.
• Schedule, coordinate and oversee crews and resources on active projects.
• Review job site documentation to support services and billing.
• Maintain written communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representatives.
• Manage production expenses including equipment, vehicles, and other material assets.

We are NOW HIRING for a Mitigation Project Manager: A great candidate for this role would have previous restoration industry experience supervising production crews and jobs, as well coordinating requirements for production, completing job files, and monitor jobs from start to finish.

SERVPRO DENVER SE is hiring a Mitigation Project Manager!

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure an accurate scope of work for projects and prepare estimates utilizing computer hardware and proprietary software
• Negotiate customer and/or client approval of project scope and estimate
• Schedule, coordinate and oversee crews and resources to provide service on active projects to include subcontractors
• Review job site documentation to support the services provided and ensure proper client requirements and billing process
• Maintain written communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representatives
• Manage production expenses including equipment, vehicles, and other material assets

Additional Responsibilities

• Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews
• Provide priority response to potential customers
• Participate in recruiting, hiring, and training restoration teammates

Position Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• High school diploma/GED; Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• At least 2 years of management and/or supervisory experience
• At least 3 years of water/mold/fire/ restoration industry experience
• IICRC certification a preferred

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
• Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
