Southeast Restoration Group (SRG), a faith-based company, is looking for hardworking and service‑minded individuals to join our team as Mitigation Technicians. In this entry‑level role, you’ll help mitigate water damage, restore properties, and support customers in their time of need. This is a hands‑on position that offers ongoing training, a supportive team culture, and opportunities for long‑term career growth in the property damage restoration industry.

Your Impact: Key Responsibilities

• Assist with mitigation efforts including water extraction, drying, demolition, and cleanup
• Respond to emergency service calls, providing timely and professional service
• Operate tools and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
• Maintain clean and organized job sites and company vehicles
• Document work performed using company technology and software
• Support the mitigation team in completing projects to standard and on schedule

Qualifications

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 pounds

• Comfortable handling sewage with appropriate PPE
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred
