In this entry‑level role, you’ll help mitigate water damage, restore properties, and support customers in their time of need. • Assist with mitigation efforts including water extraction, drying, demolition, and cleanup
• Respond to emergency service calls, providing timely and professional service
• Operate tools and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
• Maintain clean and organized job sites and company vehicles
• Document work performed using company technology and software
• Support the mitigation team in completing projects to standard and on schedule

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 pounds
• Willingness to work in confined spaces, on roofs, or in crawl spaces
• Comfortable handling sewage with appropriate PPE
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred
